Where We Ship
One Day Wry currently ships within the United States only. We're keeping things simple for now.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Processing Time
Every One Day Wry shirt is made to order. Your shirt is printed specifically for you after your order is placed rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.
Orders typically ship within 2 to 7 business days. Production may occasionally take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when a particular size or color is temporarily unavailable.
Delivery Time
Once production is complete and your order ships, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@onedaywry.com. Because orders move into production quickly, we can't guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.
Please note that we may not be able to replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time or your order appears to be lost, contact us at support@onedaywry.com with your order number and we'll help figure out what happened.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@onedaywry.com. Please include your order number and a photo showing the issue so we can get it sorted out as quickly as possible.
